From The South Bourke and Mornington Journal, October 31st, 1900. “At the Berwick Police Court, held on Wednesday last, 24th inst., a young man named William Leeson, who was recently discharged from the reformatory, received a sentence of three months with hard labor, for larceny of potatoes from the railway goods shed.”
